1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Renaissance Women Cleaning Plus, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every service we provide comes backed by our commitment to quality, if you're not happy with any aspect of your clean, we want to know.
Our promise: If we miss something, we'll come back and fix it, at no additional charge, within 24 hours of your original service.
We take pride in the work we do and stand behind every visit. Our team is trained to meet consistent, high standards, but we are always open to your feedback and committed to making things right.
2. Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service not performed as described: If a significant portion of the agreed scope of work was not completed, and a re-clean is not feasible or desired by the client
- Accidental damage: In cases where our team causes documented damage to property during service, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly, which may include a refund or reimbursement
- Double billing: Any duplicate charges will be refunded promptly upon verification
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the completed service.
3. How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean
To request a re-clean, refund, or resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of your service:

Please describe the specific issue and, if possible, provide photographs. We will respond within one business day and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Resolution Timeline
Re-cleans are typically scheduled within 1-3 business days of the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions, What Is Not Covered
The following circumstances are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Dissatisfaction due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of booking (e.g., undisclosed property condition or size)
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions not caused by our team
- Requests made more than 48 hours after service completion
- Subjective preferences that differ from standard professional cleaning practices
- Services that were declined or restricted by the client during the visit
We handle all situations with fairness and good faith. If you have concerns that don't fit neatly into any category, please reach out, we'll listen.
5. Recurring Service Clients
For clients on a recurring cleaning schedule, our satisfaction guarantee applies to each individual visit. If you are consistently unhappy with results, please speak with us before canceling, we want the opportunity to improve.
Recurring service agreements may be canceled at any time with at least 48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled appointment. No long-term contracts are required.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations are governed by our Terms & Conditions. In brief:
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: up to 50% cancellation fee
- No-show or locked-out appointments: up to 100% of service cost
Cancellation fees are not eligible for refund as they cover our team's committed time and travel.
